Microfabrication Furnace Upgrade

My senior project for my mechanical engineering degree is detailed on this page. This project consisted of the design and construction of a new control system and user interface for the Cal Poly Microfabrication Lab oxidation and diffusion furnaces. The system involved solenoid valving, raspberry pi logic control for processing pressure switch and thermocouple inputs, HMI design, and overall system aesthetics.
